Warmhill sells food products. Product descriptions, availability, and pricing may change. Our peanut oil contains peanuts and should not be consumed by anyone with a peanut allergy.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Warmhill does not store raw card details. Taxes, shipping, and fees are calculated during checkout before payment.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be available.
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms shown at checkout apply to the order you place.
We collect information needed to process orders and support customer accounts, including name, email address, shipping address, order details, and messages you choose to include with shipments.
We use customer information to process payments, fulfill orders, calculate tax and shipping, send operational emails, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve our website and services.
We use trusted service providers such as Stripe for payment processing and tax calculations, shipping carriers for delivery, and cloud infrastructure providers for hosting and operations. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.
Payment card details are handled by Stripe. Warmhill does not store raw card numbers or security codes.

Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns or returned product shipments. Please do not mail products back to us unless our support team specifically requests it.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing an item, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us at hello@warmhill.co within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Please do not discard the product or packaging until your claim is resolved. We may need additional information for review or a carrier claim.
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. We reserve the right to deny claims that cannot be verified, are submitted outside the claim window, show signs of misuse or tampering, or appear fraudulent. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
If you have not completed payment, you can leave checkout or remove items from your cart. No order is finalized until payment is completed.
Paid orders may be cancellable only before fulfillment begins. Contact hello@warmhill.co as soon as possible with your order number if you need help.
Once an order or shipment enters fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel it. If there is a delivery issue, damaged product, defect, missing item, or incorrect item, the Refund Policy claim process applies.
If a cancellation is approved after payment, any refund will be returned to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to process.
